Spent Lead Acid Battery(SLAB) Recovery Equipment operates by mechanically crushing and segregating discarded lead-acid batteries. Consequently, the crusher produces a compound comprising lead metals, lead paste, plastic, and additional materials. This amalgamation undergoes a series of mechanical, electrical, and chemical screening and classification processes. The lead and lead paste are subsequently conveyed to a lead plant for smelting, resulting in the production of refined lead. Simultaneously, the plastics are sold to a separate company for further recycling.
