Pb Sn Sb Vacuum Distillation Treatment Furnace
The Lead-Tin vacuum distillation unit (VDF) facilitates the separation of Tin from lead alloy, a byproduct of lead smelting, by exploiting the differential boiling points of Tin, Antimony, and Lead under vacuum to eliminate impurities.
Operated under vacuum conditions, the VDF induces distinct boiling points for various metals. This results in the condensation of lead and tin vapors at separate locations within the unit, leading to the formation of liquid lead and tin.
The VDF is powered by electricity for heat generation and operates without emitting gases, making it an environmentally preferable option. Additionally, it incorporates a method for the collection of arsenic at low concentrations (As≤1%). However, if the arsenic content exceeds a specified threshold (As≥2%), it must be removed prior to furnace utilization.
