A. Lead paste ammonium pre-desulfurization equipment
This equipment uses lead paste separated from lead-acid batteries as raw materials for desulfurization. The process includes:
The lead paste enters the pre-desulfurization reaction tank A, and the desulfurizer (ammonium bicarbonate) is added. At the same time, the mixed lead paste slurry in the tank is forced to desulfurize and then returned to the pre-desulfurization tank. After the reaction is completed, a filter press is used for solid-liquid separation, and the filter cake (desulfurized lead paste) enters the smelting system; the filtrate (desulfurized filtrate A) enters the filtrate tank A. Filtrate A enters the pre-desulfurization reaction tank B as a reaction medium, and lead paste and ammonium bicarbonate are added for desulfurization reaction. At the same time, the mixed lead paste slurry in the tank is forced to desulfurize and then returned to the pre-desulfurization tank. After the reaction is completed, a filter press is used for solid-liquid separation, and the filter cake (desulfurized lead paste) enters the smelting system; filtrate B (desulfurized filtrate B) enters the filtrate tank B. Filtrate B (ammonium sulfate) enters the ammonium sulfate purification system.
